What we collect

When you submit the request form, we collect the four things it asks for: your name, your phone number, the county your project is in, and what you want to build. The form collects no email address. Calls to the published phone number, once one is published, may be recorded, and the number, date and length of a call are logged.

We do not use analytics cookies at this time. If that changes, this page will say so.

Who it goes to

Information you submit through a form on this site is disclosed to one recipient: Suburban Buildings, LLC, 635 State Hwy 46 E, Suite 202, Boerne, TX 78015. It is also stored by Compass Camper LLC so we can follow up and keep a record of the introduction. We do not sell your information, and we do not send one request to more than one contractor.

How you are contacted

By phone, at the number you provided, which may include automated calls and prerecorded messages as described in the consent above the form. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. To stop contact, ask to be removed during any call, or email compassleadgroup@gmail.com and we will remove your record and tell the contractor to do the same.

How long we keep it

Consent records and request details are kept for at least five years, which is the period federal guidance treats as reasonable for telephone consent records. You may ask for a copy of your record or for its deletion at the address above.
