Privacy policy, and where your request goes

This policy took effect 2026-09-13 and was last changed 2026-09-23. Compass Camper LLC (Oregon), doing business as Compass Lead Group, runs this site.

What the estimate form sends

The form has six questions, and these are all it collects from you:

• Name
• Phone number
• Email address
• County where the land sits
• The house or barn you have in mind
• When you hope to break ground

Two more details are attached without you typing them: this site's name, and the time your request arrives.

When you press the button, the form posts to a lead system Compass runs for all of its sites. That system saves your request in a Compass database hosted by Cloudflare and emails it to the Compass business inbox, which Google hosts. Cloudflare, being the host, is able to record the IP address each request is sent from. Calls to (512) 898-7204 may be recorded, and the calling number, the date and the length of each call are logged.

This site sets no analytics cookies right now. If that ever changes, this page changes first.

The one builder who receives it

Your request is passed to one company, under a signed agreement: Suburban Buildings, LLC, 635 State Hwy 46 E, Suite 202, Boerne, TX 78006. Compass Camper LLC keeps its own copy as the record of the introduction and so it can follow up with you, and Cloudflare and Google hold it only to store and deliver it. A fee is owed by Suburban Buildings only when you and they sign a contract. Your request is not sold to lead lists, is never sent to a second contractor, and is not shared with anyone else.

Calls and emails about your request

Anyone who contacts you about it uses the phone number or email address you entered. Some calls may use automated dialing or a prerecorded message; the consent line above the form says so. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

To end contact, tell whoever calls, answer any email asking to stop, or write to compassleadgroup@gmail.com. Your record is then removed, and the builder is told to remove theirs too.

Keeping your details

Request details and the consent record stay on file for five years or more, the span federal guidance treats as reasonable for keeping proof of telephone consent. You can ask for a copy of your record, or for it to be deleted, at the email address above.
