How this site makes money

You never pay us anything, at any stage.

When you send a request, it goes to Suburban Buildings, LLC, an independent builder in Boerne, Texas. If you and that builder sign a contract for your project, the builder pays Compass Camper LLC a commission on it. That fee is a matter between the builder and us; you are not a party to it and you are never billed for it.

We do not sell your information to a list, and one request goes to one builder. We do not rank builders, publish reviews of them, or claim to have screened them beyond the objective requirements on the about page: insurance, a written estimate, a written contract and engineered plans where they are called for.

The county permit, septic, floodplain and aquifer information on this site is free to read and stays free whether or not you ever send a request.
